How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes between 1-4 working days from the time of despatch depending on your location, with a 1-3 day processing time in our warehouse. You should expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days after purchasing. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before despatch however please promptly email our customer service team to request a cancellation or amendment to your order. 

Can i return an item i bought on sale?

All Sale items are final so cannot be returned for a refund. If your shoes do not fit, then you can request an exchange of size. Any items purchased with a discount of 50% or higher are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. 

What if my order is sold out?

In the rare occasion that your order has sold out after you have purchased it, Naked Wolfe will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price or process a refund. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are charged at a flat rate of $5, International orders (orders outside of the United Kingdom) are charged at a flat rate of $10. All charges are in USD.

Where are Naked Wolfe products shipped from?

All Naked Wolfe products are shipped from our fulfilment facility in the United Kingdom using UPS Express. 

How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click "Return an Order" and follow the prompts. Before doing so, please see our return policy. This is the "RETURNS" button at the bottom of any page.

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties? 

All orders which are despatched to a customer in the UK will not be liable for additional duties and taxes, the final price will be shown at checkout. 
Following Brexit all European orders may be liable for VAT country equivalent taxes, this will be charged to you after your purchase from Naked Wolfe. 
All USA orders will not be liable for additional duties if the total order value is below $800 USD. 

All shipments to customers outside of the UK/EU/USA may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
